Roberto Cavalli opens the ‘Cavalli Restaurant & Lounge’ in Miami

Anyone, who is a fan of Roberto Cavalli, knows that the designer never does anything halfway when it comes to his passion for design, luxury, and sensuality. The case couldn’t be truer in his restaurants and lounges that have already begun cropping up around the globe in places like Dubai, Milan, and Saint Tropez. Now, his ardent fans who visit Miami Beach’s famed Ocean Drive can also have the full Cavalli lifestyle experience. The Cavalli Restaurant & Lounge, located in the SoBe area features all of Cavalli’s grandeur in lifestyle design full tilt.

The outside of the building is modest in its geometric angles and whitewashed exterior. Once inside, the nearly 6,000 square foot location, the senses are fully engaged at the first floor restaurant where guests can enjoy a blend of Italian and Tuscan style food, as well as Tenuta Degli Dei, the Cavalli family’s own red wine produced from their Tuscan winery. The chairs are covered in leopard print and the tables feature energetic floral designs from the table cloths to the center pieces designed by Cavalli. The pillows, wall coverings, and floor designs are all taken directly from the Cavalli home line. Guests will even be able to enjoy an al fresco dining experience on South Beach’s largest terrace.

Mr. Cavalli, himself sets up his vision for his concept and what the next level of the building means to him, “ The pleasure of listening to enjoyable music, accompanied by great food and good company in an elegant and sophisticated setting … This is the philosophy of the Cavalli Restaurant & Lounge. I wanted to communicate all my passion for beauty and sensuality combining them in a hospitality project in Miami…” When one views the upper level of the building, they get the full sense of his statement in the opulent giraffe print multi colored ceiling and floor, the luxurious lounges, and the best music available for his guests.

True to the designer’s signature style, the chairs are covered in leopard print and the tables sport floral designs. Cavalli home collection designs can also be seen on the pillows, wall coverings and floor designs.

Satiate your cravings with fine foods and top quality cuisine along with an a la carte menu that includes both International and traditional Italian recipes. The lounge also offers a separate but just as eclectic selection.

The restaurant has also announced the most exclusive NYE event and celebration which includes Gala Dinner from 8.00 pm followed by party in the lounge from 11.00 pm and eventually bringing in 2014 in uber-luxurious style at 12 am.
