Canouan Resort at Carenage Bay - The Grenadines

Two miles long by a mile wide, tiny Canouan is part of St. Vincent and Grenadines, a chain of islands scattered across the southern Caribbean like a dusting of gemstones.  Tucked into this remote setting and part of a stunning estate the Canouan Resort at Carenage Bay blends into three hundred lush acres.

The resort's Atlantic side is buffered by a coral reef, making for some of the Caribbean's most diverse diving and snorkeling.

At the center of the property is a restored church from the 17th century, imbuing a sense of history, while the unspoiled seascapes boast secluded coves and beaches.

Set immediately on the aquamarine Caribbean Sea, the resort offers a full mix of water sports, as well as diving or snorkeling at one of the world’s largest coral reefs. On land, enjoy the Donald J. Trump gaming lounge, where you may be inclined to wear a linen suit, and insist all your drinks are “Shaken, not stirred.”

For those who never leave home without their clubs, take in a round on the 18-hole championship golf course, hailed as one of the best in the world by the Robb report.

If the ocean is a bit too wild for you, choose to lounge by one of the largest pools in the Caribbean, complete with cocktail bar.

The resort showcases guestrooms including spacious one to four bedroom rooms, suites and junior suites with garden or ocean views, and personality suites with private plunge pools.

Accessible by various chartered and scheduled flights, Canuoan is truly one of the finest gems in the Caribbean.

We hope you enjoyed this photo tour!
